Since matriculating at Queens High School (Kensington), Kim spent eight years in corporate recruitment in Gauteng in the field of Abrasive Manufacturing and afterward, recruitment in Chemical Engineering. Next was "Randall Placements", a personnel agency Kim started in the Isando/Spartan suburbs, focusing her skill towards customers in and around this large industrial/office sector, recruiting staff to fill vacancies in all disciplines. A relocation to Cape Town forced a decision to open her next business. This time, Specialising in a niche market, hence the focus on placing Medical Sales Representatives today.
Over the past years, Kim has successfully managed to achieve her goal of positioning Career 2000 in the Western Cape market. A forward thinking, top agency, where all efforts have been guided by her previous experience as a personnel officer and innovator.
