Development of agency, product strategy and business plan. Assist regional staff with development of regional strategies. Develop of key customer strategies. Develop profitable and sustainable relationships with clients. Activities should satisfy quantitative and qualitative objectives set out in annual sales plan for the division. Accountable for setting and monitoring sales and expense budgets. Monthly reporting to senior management

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

A minimum of 5 years medical sales experience. General product management skills and proven track record ideal, or will consider Snr Sales Reps. Fluency in English and Afrikaans preferred. A high quality of communication, planning and time management skills required. Good relationship building, networking, coaching, facilitating and feedback skills. Strong leadership and motivational skills to effectively manage team. Understanding of impact of cash flow, net profit and stock on sales activity in a business. Good understanding of general business principals

Must be willing to travel if required. Valid code 08 drivers license. Able to work after hours. Computer literacy (Excel work in spreadsheets and formula’s, as well as Word, Outlook).

Advanced trauma medical devices (fixation systems) to repair broken bones. Key products. Calling on orthopedic surgeons. Ideal for males residing in the Northern Suburbs. Must be prepared to be on call out as follows:  on a call out roster were the candidate is on call one week on first call, second week on 2nd call and 3rd week they will be off and the 4th week back on call (rotate on  3 week basis).  This is due to the nature of the business i.e. trauma accidents.  Keen to interview Biokineticists or Human Movement Science or Trauma Nurses who have some sales experience.  Must live in the region.

R15,000 basic rate of pay plus R5800 car allowance, petrol card, cellphone allowance, no benefits, 1.25 leave days per month
 
A contract post until 31.12.2010 for an experienced nurse who has scrubbed in theatre, spinal cases a definite advantage.  To start asap, must reside in Pretoria or near to Midrand etc.
Work to a diary for this global orthopedic and spinal multi national.  Ideal for Moms who have stayed at home and had their children and now want to re enter the scrub sister world.

Must have experience (CRAI level ideal) at monitoring trials on site for the client i.e. required to complete the required documents, ensuring adequate patient monitoring, adhering to timelines, filling in notes/documentation, mcc submissions etc..  Crucial to be monitoring a site for a doctor and a pharmaceutical client.  This is not a TRAINEE position for a person without Clinical Trial Monitoring Experience.
